Hen is 27 years old and has been Avi Moyal's student since he was 8 years old. He is currently an Expert 2, and has been training in Krav Maga for 17 years.
Hen has a wide experience in Krav Maga instructing and has trained under the IKMF in various countries in all 5 continents.
